OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES 

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Emilia's Havana, which are final and binding. 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

Open only to legal residents of Texas, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

Employees, officers, and directors of Emilia's Havana, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate. 

This giveaway begins on Wednesday, July 16th, 2025, and ends on Wednesday, July 30th at 5 p.m. Winners announced and contacted on Friday, August 1st. 

All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible. 

Prize: VIP dinner for two at Emilia's Havana valued at $300, excluding taxes, alcohol, and gratuity. The winner is responsible for tax, alcohol, and gratuity, as well as any additional charges of more than $300. No cash substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted. The prize is for one-time use and cannot be spread over multiple visits to the restaurant. The prize must be redeemed by October 31, 2025. 

Drawing: The prize will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The drawing will take place on August 1st, 2025, and the winner will be notified via direct message on August 1st, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner must respond to the notification within 72 hours to claim the prize and may be required to provide proof of eligibility (e.g., valid ID showing Texas residency). If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time, is ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected. 

By entering, participants release Emilia's Havana, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize or any visit to the restaurant in connection with the prize. 

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes by Emilia's Havana and/or its affiliates without further compensation. 

Participants understand and acknowledge that this Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media outlet. 

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the winner, the authorized account holder of the social media account used to enter will be deemed the winner. 

Emilia's Havana, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or any other factors that may affect the entry process or winner selection. 

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
